Customer & Market Insights Manager
About this position
Responsibilities
• Be the (heard) voice of the customer and seek out growth opportunities for the company.
• Analyze and create regular customer-driven solution and reports from numerous sources to understand customers, competitors, and the market landscape.
• Strategize how best to allocate resources to improve marketing campaigns and sales and present insights during company-wide meetings.
• Conduct and coordinate with research agencies to perform quantitative and qualitative research including store visit to gain insights into prospective customers’ preferences.
• Work closely with Marketing, Strategy, Merchandising and Operation team to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Stay up to date on market trends, consumer and product research, and industry best practices.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in marketing and customer area.
• Graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields (master’s degree preferred).
• Familiarity with analyzing, interpreting and presenting quantitative, qualitative, net promoter score (NPS), social trend, public data findings.
• Love to be a pioneer, be results-oriented, have high standards of excellence and attention to customer behaviors.
• Previous role as Consumer and Market Insight (CMI) or work in FMCG, Banking and Consulting is a significant plus.
