Creative Manager
About this position
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute innovative creative concepts.
• Manage the visual identity of our brands.
• Collaborate with other agency teams/divisions to develop creative concepts.
• Create compelling contents across various mediums: social, digital, print, film, ISM, OOH, editorial layouts, technology, and oversee shoots.
• Ensure consistent and integrated art direction across all communication channels.
• Oversee the creative process from concept to final sign-off.
• Work to the brief, demonstrating a deep understanding of and relevance to the target market.
• Pitch creative ideas or oversee the presentation of final concepts, obtaining approvals for deliverables.
• Participate in new business initiatives, from identifying opportunities to pitch development.
• Take a hands-on approach to creative development, from concept to implementation, while providing quality assurance for all creative deliverables.
• Oversee creative consultations with other teams to ensure appropriate creative strategies, input accuracy, schedules, budgets, production support, necessary reviews, and presentations.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in art direction and marketing/communications.
• 3+ years of experience (preference will be given to candidates from agency environments).
• Great leadership skills.
• Strong portfolio of work.
• Strong conceptual ability.
• A solid understanding of the fundamentals in brand building.
• Experience in through-the-line and digital advertising is crucial.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to balance working on projects and overseeing teams.
• Comfortable in coordinating work schedules with traffic team.
