About this position

The Buyer - Fashion/Home is responsible for negotiating with suppliers, managing purchase orders, and ensuring effective buying and merchandising within budget constraints.

Responsibilities

• Participate in negotiation with suppliers in buying products under responsibility to create effective buying and merchandising within the approved budget and profitability achievement.
• Follow up the status of purchase orders with vendors to ensure timely delivery along with communicate status of orders with internal customers and support product manager.
• Coordinate with suppliers in the field of documents related to organization policies and rules to support effective buying and merchandising and maintain relationships.
• Participate in making reports to summarize overall buying and merchandising to propose to the supervisor.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrative, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Merchandise, buyer with Retail business, Import Fashion or retailor related field.
• Have knowledge in Business trend, product trends and fashion trends.
• Have analytical and negotiation skill.
• Experience with OTB planning and monitoring.
• Excellence in English both Writing and speaking.
