Business Process Improvement Specialist
About this position
The Business Process Improvement Specialist acts as a change agent to enhance business processes through various improvement tools and methodologies.
Responsibilities
• Act as change agent to identify business process that need to improve via Policy, Procedure and Work Instruction review.
• Facilitate process owner and team on business improvement by using improvement tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, etc.
• Identify operation risk and provide risk mitigation for ‘To-Be’ process.
• Gate keeper for all process document control throughout the life cycle (Create – Approve – Distribute – Retain – Review) to ensure high standardize of document control.
• Facilitate process owner to identify key and non-key business process of each business function.
• Lead business process optimization via Policy, Procedure and Work Instruction create/review by apply process improvement tool.
• Ensure all ‘To-Be’ process be identified operation risk and have risk mitigation for key risk.
• Ensure Lean and standardize business process prior automate by system and complete process document to maintain the gain of process improvement.
• Create standard template and guideline for process document control throughout the life cycle of process document (Create – Approve – Distribute – Retain – Review).
• Monitor the progress of company Policy and Procedure create and review.
Requirements
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Science or similar.
• At least 2 years experiences in process improvement.
• Propensity to work for projects involving various corporate functions.
• Orientation to user, customer.
• Leadership / Big Picture View / Change management.
