About this position
Responsibilities
• Facilitate an induction program for store employees.
• Work with line manager on the assimilation plan (30,60,90 days objective) for new employees.
• Conduct new hires catch-up as per schedule set, gather feedback and share with relevant parties.
• Work with Store Manager and Area Manager on probation review of store employees, ensure a proper process, documentation, and completion within timeline.
• Contribute to performance management process, e.g. KPI setting, periodic review and data consolidation.
• Visit and conduct a meeting with store employees on monthly basis.
• Keep updated on store situation, employee pulse and co-work with Store manager/Area Manager to build/strengthen employee morale.
• Co-own the employee activity plan with Store Manager, execute the plan as per timeline set.
• Be a focal point for store employee on employee benefits, welfare, well-being and/or any work-related issues.
• Provide a consultation to Area Manager/Store Manager on disciplinary management in accordance with the Company work’ rules and, as well as labor law.
• Conduct an exit interview with resigning employees to find insightful information and share feedback with relevant parties.
• Work with Store Manager/Area Manager on areas that require improvement based on exit interview feedback.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in related field.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in political/social science, arts, or any related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations or HR Generalist from a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, work experience from retail industry will be a plus.
• Good knowledge of basic labor law and statutory compliance.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills– demonstrated ability to communicate and work effectively with staff at all levels.
• Possess analytical and logical thinking skills and demonstrate the ability to solve problems/complex issues in a systematic manner.
• Good command of English and Thai, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
