About this position

The Senior Marketing Manager for Mister Donut is responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies, managing marketing communications, launching new products and promotions, analyzing sales performance, and conducting research to enhance brand performance.

Responsibilities

• Planning Strategy and developing overall brand strategies and implementing of the marketing plan for the brand to serve brand direction.
• Providing full support to the Head of Marketing in developing brands and promoting existing and new products.
• Managing and developing techniques external communication (online and offline) using a variety of tools to encourage brand’s image and awareness and achieve brand target.
• Coordinating with agency to present all marketing campaigns (including TVC, out of home, in store media, etc) to public.
• Assessing, monitoring, and analyzing the effectiveness of external communication and engagement.
• Developing and executing product and promotion launch activities including marketing plans, positioning, and messaging strategies and sales forecasting to achieve sales target.
• Managing product and promotion launch, maintaining effective communication with internal and external contacts.
• Working cross-functionally with operation, new product development, purchasing to plan, execute and manage the product roadmap.
• Manage and co-ordinate with third party (CFG and KFC) to align all planning needed.
• Monitoring overall brand performance against business plan, developing key strategies to achieve target, and proposing alternative strategies when needed.
• Providing management with monthly report by summary key learning to identify market potential and lead to marketing action.
• Working with research agency to build deeper understanding of significant brand performance and opportunities based on research insights.
• Managing market research, marketing research analyze, including analyze report by providing feedback on performance and identifying opportunity and threat.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree or equivalent in a business related subject.
• Have an experience in FMCG or QSR (would be advantage).
• Have an experience in develop and plan mass media communication including TVC, digital media, out of home, in store media, etc to public.
• Have an experience in research.
• At least 5 years in leadership level.
