Responsibilities
• Manage sales targets across all channels according to the annual plan
• Plan sales and management strategies to achieve goals in all situations
• Analyze the market, competitors, and various sales activities to develop activities and team improvement plans
• Oversee all sales activities to ensure they align with the plan
• Support and coordinate with partners and related departments in their work
• Supervise and maintain orderliness among subordinates, including driving and developing the team to enhance efficiency through various plans
• Summarize operational results and report to supervisors, such as performance results, problems and solutions, sales reports, and product stock reports according to the plan
Requirements
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, operations management
• Several years of experience in sales and operations management
• Experience in managing sales teams, developing sales strategies, and overseeing operational processes
• In-depth understanding of sales principles, techniques, and strategies. Familiarity with market analysis, customer segmentation, and competitor analysis
• Proficiency in operational planning, process improvement, and resource management. Knowledge of supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics
• A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Ability to understand customer needs, build relationships, and identify opportunities for business growth
