About this position

The Safety & Training Team Leader (Safety Officer - จป.วิชาชีพ) is responsible for managing and organizing training and development for various positions and departments, ensuring effective performance and skill enhancement.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize training and development for positions and departments under responsibility to develop their skills to apply in own work
• Monitor preparation of documents or other materials used and coordinate with the experts and other units to join the training and development process
• Support information for the decision to provide operating cost disbursement for the use in training and within the department
• Participate in planning, and manage the assessment for training process
• Monitor registration, database, and documents such as training materials, trainee profiles, and facilitators as locations, and audio-visual equipment to operate effectively
• Control making summary reports of overall training programs and seminars to propose to the supervisor
• Provide coaching and recommendations to subordinates to improve skills in work
• Keep up to date with new knowledge and technology to apply in your own department to improve and enhance productivity in the work
• Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a related field and 1 year of team management
• Understand training and development process and assessment process
• Have good Thai and English communication skills
• Have good skills in management
• Have good computer skills
• Be able to coordinate
• Be creative
