About this position

The Residential Juristic Manager in Phuket is responsible for overseeing community management, legal compliance, financial management, facility operations, resident relations, and crisis management to ensure a well-functioning residential environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, building committees, and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate and attend juristic meetings, including annual general meetings (AGMs), and ensure compliance with resolutions.
• Ensure the property operates in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and condominium acts.
• Maintain and update juristic documentation, including ownership records, contracts, and meeting minutes.
• Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and oversee financial reports.
• Ensure timely collection of maintenance fees and utility payments.
• Oversee daily operations, including building maintenance, security, and cleaning services.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure quality service delivery.
• Address and resolve resident concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Promote a positive community atmosphere by organizing events or initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and emergency response plans.
• Respond to incidents or emergencies effectively to ensure the safety of residents and the property.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in property or residential management.
• Strong knowledge of condominium laws and regulations in Thailand.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
• Fluent in English.
