The Merger and Acquisition Specialist (M&A) is responsible for conducting tax and financial analysis, managing M&A transaction processes, and presenting findings to C-Suite management while building and maintaining strong relationships with portfolio companies and business units.
Responsibilities
• Perform Tax and Financial Analysis
• In-depth tax studies for transaction structures in Europe Projects.
• Valuation analyses and project feasibility studies.
• Manage M&A Transaction Processes
• Successfully coordinated M&A transactions.
• Completed local and oversea projects.
• Conduct presentation to C-Suite Management
• Build and Maintain Relationships
• Strong relationships with portfolio companies and business units.
• Effective cross-functional team collaboration.
Requirements
• Bachelor/Master’s Degree in MBA, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• At least 7 years’ experience in Investment/ Investment Banking / Management Consulting at major private equity funds, venture capital funds, banks, investment banks, or management consulting firms.
