About this position

The Customer Service position at Central: The Original Store involves managing customer interactions and ensuring a high level of service within the mall environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer service / information counter
• Attend to shoppers’ and tenants’ enquiries and feedback
• Assist in the upkeeping of the mall
• Assist in the execution of the mall’s promotions and events
• Assist in sale and redemption of vouchers
• To maintain a high level of staff service standards
• Handle administrative duties

Requirements

• Good command in English
• At least 1 years of working experience in shopping mall or hotel concierge service
• Must be computer literate, customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work on 6 days rotating shift, weekends & Public Holidays
