About this position

The Corporate Finance & Investment Specialist is responsible for conducting financial analysis, developing financial models, and evaluating investment opportunities to support business decision-making and maximize shareholder value.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, corporate finance projects, and potential acquisitions.
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making, including ROI analysis, valuation, and scenario modeling.
• Analyze potential investment opportunities, including equity, debt, and alternative investments.
• Perform industry, market, and competitive research to assess risks and opportunities related to investment decisions.
• Assist in the development of annual budgets, long-term forecasts, and strategic financial planning.
• Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and provide insights to improve financial outcomes.
• Work with senior management (C-level) to determine optimal capital allocation strategies and manage resources to maximize shareholder value.
• Provide recommendations on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring projects.
• Prepare financial reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate investment and financial performance to executive management and other stakeholders.
• Support the quarterly and annual financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s or CFA preferred).
• At least 7 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or related finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, Bloomberg, Power BI, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
