About this position
The Administration Officer (Welcome New Grads) is responsible for managing customer service and administrative duties in a shopping mall environment, ensuring high service standards and assisting with promotions and events.
Responsibilities
• Manage customer service/information counter
• Attend to shoppers’ and tenants’ enquiries and feedback
• Assist in the upkeeping of the building
• Assist in the execution of the building’s promotions and events
• Assist in sale and redemption of vouchers
• To maintain a high level of staff service standards
• Handle administrative duties
Requirements
• Good command in English
• At least 1 years of working experience in shopping mall or hotel concierge service
• Must be computer literate, and customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work on 6 days rotating shifts, weekends & Public Holidays
