The SMT Equipment Engineer is responsible for sustaining and improving the performance of SMT machines, ensuring effective maintenance and supporting new product qualifications.
Responsibilities
• Responsible on sustaining job with response SMT machines (Screenprint/API/Pick&Place/Reflow oven)
• Monitor breakdown for preventive maintenance and OEE improvement (Equipment breakdown prevention)
• Monitor Machine Performance improvement (Reduce cycle time/increase UPH) in order to achieve with production demand
• Machine spare part management (MOQ review) including critical items (ABC classification)
• Support capability & function of machine for new product qualification
• Perform new machine installation & re-layout for line commissioning
• Provide Machine Procedure, Preventive Maintenance document
• Communicate with vendor for SOW provide including RFQ for PR issue
• Work with Supplier for Machine modification and Improvement
• Simply part and tooling design for cursory drawing
Requirements
• Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Electrical Power Engineering
• Min. 2 years experience of SMT Equipment / Machine Maintenance
• New Grad is also welcome
• Skills of Screenprint, API, Pick & Paste, or Reflow Oven
• Understanding of OEE, UPH, PFMEA
• Flexibility & Good Logical Thinking
• Ability to work in Laem Chabang
