About this position

Celestica (Thailand) Ltd., Laem Chabang, Chonburi is seeking a talented Manager, Process Engineer to join our dynamic team in Chonburi. As a Process Engineer, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement and optimising our manufacturing processes to ensure we deliver high-quality products to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Chonburi.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement process control and improvement strategies to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality
• Analyse production data and identify opportunities for process optimisation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex manufacturing issues
• Design and validate new manufacturing processes and equipment to support business growth
• Provide technical guidance and training to manufacturing teams to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to drive innovation
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Process Engineer or in a similar role in the electronics manufacturing industry
• Strong technical expertise in electrical/electronic manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control
• Proficient in problem-solving, data analysis, and process improvement methodologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations
