About this position

The Employee Relations Manager is responsible for developing policies, managing employee complaints, and providing guidance on complex employee relations issues while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of policies and procedures.
• Audits benefit accounts and examines records to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• To Provide practical advice and guidance to Line Managers on how to manage complicated and serious ER issues and advising up to dismissal, within an acceptable level of business risk and where necessary with approval from ER Services Manager or HR Business Partner.
• To manage complaints from employees and help resolve them.
• To arrange employee physical examinations as per the company’s requirements.
• To manage a medical service to an employee i.e. the first aid room, doctor visiting schedule, medicine controlling, etc.
• Ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal customers.
• Ability to evaluate multiple highly detailed tasks, determine priorities and organize work in a manner that allows for timely completion of projects.
• Ability to manage sensitive employee information in a confidential manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Human Resources, Management, Business Administration and others)
• Experience at least 8 years experiences in Human resources-Employee Relations.
• Demonstrated knowledge of labor laws and related laws.
• Experience in RBA is advantage.
• Fluent in communication in English.
