Administration staff
About this position
The Administration staff will serve as a general resource and point of contact for various administrative tasks, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient travel arrangements.
Responsibilities
• Serve as a general resource and point of contact for general administrative such as Ground transport booking, Restaurant booking, Shuttle van between buildings.
• Serve as point of contact and provide excellent customer service to internal and external on travel arrangement.
• Able to advise on the travel restriction & guideline both incoming and outgoing traveler.
• Assist on the travel documents preparation including visa process.
• Prepare travel itineraries of incoming visitor and liaise with all related parties.
• Distributes completed package of itineraries, accommodation & transport confirmation to all related parties.
• Assist with ad hoc request.
• Maintain and update data in shared database such as Visitors tracker, Transportation cost tracker, Hotel rate, promotion & contact person, Restaurant & other leisure.
• Ensure that Front office area, conference room and equipment are clean and well maintained.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 3 years relevant experience.
• Good communication skills both English and Thai.
• Good computer skill (MS office & Google doc, sheet, slide PPT, form and etc.)
• Knowledge in travel industry.
• Customer service mind.
• Well manage workload and prioritizing.
• Multi-task skill and stress management.
