Oracle NetSuite Team Leader (Finance & Accounting)
About this position
The Oracle NetSuite Team Leader will play a crucial role in implementing and managing the Oracle NetSuite within CDG Group. This position focuses on enhancing the company’s internal financial and accounting processes through effective use of NetSuite, ensuring that it meets organizational needs and improves operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
• Plan and allocate resources for implementing Oracle NetSuite within the company to support internal departmental operations.
• Analyze business requirements from various departments and design NetSuite solutions that meet the organization's operational needs.
• Provide strategic advice to internal users on utilizing NetSuite to enhance business processes.
• Configure and customize NetSuite to align with the company's financial and accounting processes.
• Develop scripts and additional functions to extend NetSuite's capabilities according to organizational needs.
• Conduct system testing to ensure functionality and efficiency in real-world use.
• Provide training for internal users and offer technical support to ensure effective system usage.
• Maintain and upgrade the NetSuite system to keep it current and functional.
• Collaborate with internal users at all levels to ensure the system supports seamless and effective operations.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, ICT, Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in end-to-end ERP implementation, with a focus on accounting and finance. Experience with Oracle NetSuite (Finance & Accounting) is highly desirable.
• At least 2 years of experience in project management related to NetSuite.
• At least 2 years of experience managing a tech team.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with teams and coordinate with various departments within the organization.
