Responsibilities
• Work with clients to understand their requirements and create implementation plans.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure software solutions are configured and installed according to specifications.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of software solutions.
• Communicate with clients to manage expectations and provide regular updates on project progress.
• Identify and troubleshoot software issues and work with technical teams to develop and implement solutions.
• Develop and maintain implementation documentation, including user manuals and training materials.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 0 - 1 years of experience in software implementation (New graduated are welcome).
• Communicates effectively and listens attentively.
• Adapts well to new situations and ideas.
• Takes responsibility for their actions.
• Stays motivated and passionate about their goals.
• Have a good personality.
