About this position
Responsibilities
• Workplace Strategy Development:
• Participate in workplace strategy activities for corporate clients, analyzing information and making recommendations regarding workplace requirements.
• Undertake activities to support key data-gathering processes, including developing communications materials and preparatory work related to client surveys and observation studies.
• Collate data and create summary slides, diagrams, charts, and other written materials to present findings and recommendations effectively.
• Conduct desktop analysis, including industry trends, benchmarking, and plan analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Coordinate with project teams, including transaction, project management, and design teams, to ensure alignment and successful execution of workplace strategies.
• Change Management Support:
• Assist in change management activities by supporting a change lead, engaging with clients’ project teams and stakeholders.
• Participate in and conduct activities and workshops with change champions to facilitate successful change initiatives.
• Client Engagement:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on workplace strategy and change management.
• Provide general support to senior consultants and associates related to project and administrative activities to ensure smooth operations and project success.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in workplace strategy, organizational development, or change management consulting.
• Experience with workplace design and knowledge of space planning principles are advantages.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English.
• Certification in change management or related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with emerging trends in remote work, flexible workspaces, and employee well-being.
