The Senior Account Support position involves preparing financial reports, managing account closures, handling financial transactions, and coordinating with relevant departments. The role also requires travel within Bangkok and proficiency in specific software programs.
Responsibilities
• Prepare financial reports and verify accounting transactions
• Manage and close financial accounts for the company
• Verify daily bank deposits
• Prepare payment documents, checks, and tax withholding forms
• Coordinate daily documents and liaise with relevant departments
• Take responsibility for other assigned accounting tasks
• Travel to various departments in Bangkok
• Proficiency in softbiz, The LivingOS, and silverman software will be considered a plus
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Experience in corporate accounting, condominiums, etc.
• Ability to close financial accounts
• Willingness to travel for work support
• Immediate availability is a plus
• Ability to travel for site visits and assigned work tasks
