About this position
The Reception / Concierge position involves welcoming and assisting residents, providing information, understanding customer needs, and suggesting solutions to problems.
Responsibilities
• Welcome, coordinate, and provide guidance to residents
• Assist customers in need of help or additional information
• Understand customer needs and suggest solutions, whether it be activities or amenities within the residence
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Hotel Management, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential building management, high-rise condos, or hotels
• Proficient in English communication (listening, speaking, writing)
• Proficient in MS Office/Internet
• Strong decision-making skills, able to supervise, control, and make efficient decisions
• Able to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays
• Available to start work immediately will be considered a plus
