About this position

The Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Officer will be responsible for coordinating with departments and relevant parties both internally and externally to ensure compliance with company conditions and policies. They will handle AP and AR accounting, prepare quotations, invoices, statements, and receipts. Additionally, they will reconcile accounts, prepare tax documents, follow up on debts, issue checks, and prepare invoices on a regular basis. This position requires working Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with departments and relevant parties to ensure compliance with company conditions and policies
• Handle AP and AR accounting
• Prepare quotations, invoices, statements, and receipts
• Reconcile accounts
• Prepare tax documents and submit through e-filings
• Prepare withholding tax certificates
• Follow up on debts, receive checks, and issue receipts
• Prepare invoices on a regular basis

Requirements

• Male/Female, aged 25 years and above
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in AP/AR accounting
• Good communication, negotiation, problem-solving skills
• Diligent, responsible, and punctual
• Proficient in using express program
• Available to start immediately will be considered a plus
