Position involves maintenance and repair of public utility systems inside and outside buildings, such as electricity, water, and air conditioning. The role also includes performing maintenance and repair work on engineering systems and buildings according to work orders, as well as being able to work different shifts.
Responsibilities
• Perform maintenance and repair of public utility systems inside and outside buildings, such as electricity, water, and air conditioning.
• Carry out maintenance, repair, and service contracts for engineering systems and buildings according to work orders to ensure they are ready for 24-hour use.
• Procure spare parts for engineering systems and perform maintenance and repair work on buildings.
• Follow instructions from superiors.
• Able to work morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
Requirements
• Male, aged 21-25 years and above.
• Vocational certificate or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in high-rise building maintenance and repair work, such as condominiums or office buildings.
• Able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Work 6 days a week.
• Immediate availability preferred.
