About this position

Responsibilities

• Contract Understanding: Effectively comprehend contract documents, scope of work, and execution plans to develop a baseline schedule. This includes setting up WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), activity codes, calendars, and resource loading to ensure accurate project planning.
• Progress Measurement System: Understand and apply contractual and internal progress measurement standards to establish a robust progress measurement system. Develop reporting calendars, templates, S-curves, histograms, and quantity spreads to track and report project progress accurately.
• Schedule and Progress Management: Collaborate with project teams and vendors to diligently update the schedule and progress. Conduct variance analysis, identify mitigation measures, and run schedule scenarios to ensure timely project execution.
• Change Management: Incorporate internal and contractual changes and delays into the baseline schedule. Produce impacted baseline or rebaseline schedules to reflect the project's modified requirements accurately.
• Compliance with Requirements: Ensure strict compliance with contractual obligations and internal controls and procedures. Adhere to project guidelines, timeframes, and quality standards, actively seeking opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Cultural Fitment: Embrace the organizational culture at CBI Thailand TTM and promote values such as teamwork, accountability, and professionalism. Collaborate effectively with diverse project teams, acknowledging and respecting cultural nuances.
• Deadline Management: Thrive in an environment with tight deadlines and efficiently manage time to meet project milestones with accuracy and quality.
• Minimal Supervision: Demonstrate the ability to work independently and make informed decisions when necessary. Take initiative and be proactive in resolving scheduling issues effectively.

Requirements

• Essential Qualifications and Education: Possess a bachelor's degree in engineering, providing a strong technical foundation for understanding complex project requirements. Proficient in both English and Thai languages to facilitate smooth communication and coordination.
• Technical Expertise: Show advanced-level proficiency in planning software such as P6 and strong Microsoft Excel skills. Utilize these tools to develop precise schedules, conduct data analysis, and provide comprehensive project reports.
