About this position

The Manufacturing Engineer position involves optimizing manufacturing processes and ensuring efficient production operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues.
• Conduct time studies and process analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Create and maintain documentation related to manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Train and support production staff on new processes and equipment.
• Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing engineering or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
