Greeter
About this position
As a Greeter at the Maison, you will be responsible for welcoming clients, managing waiting times, and ensuring efficient client care. You will also support Sales Associates during sales if needed.
Responsibilities
• Greeting & Queue Management
• Client Welcoming & Waiting Time Management
• Monitor queue, input client data in internal application and generate report to Boutique team
• Act as the liaison between clients and boutique team by taking down client details whenever possible to identify client’s needs
• Manage appointments and waiting time and ensure that the clients are being assisted by Sales Associate accordingly
• Be the Cartier Ambassador by providing an exceptional client experience at the entrance of the boutique
• Be a key contact person to answering boutique phone
• Support the opening and closing of the boutique
• Assist in monitoring the cleanliness and overall experience of the boutique
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in any related field
• At least 2 years experience in retails, service industry, hospitality or tourism
• Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent customer service with a client centric mindset
• Ability to handle with in front complex situation or problem and quickly resolve with a professional manner
• Good communication in both English and Thai
