Client Relations Center Ambassador
About this position
The Client Relations Center Ambassador at Cartier will be responsible for representing the brand in all customer interactions through various channels. They will handle service, sales, and after-sales requests while upholding Cartier Quality Standards and brand identity.
Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound contact via phone, e-mail, live chat, Line, and social media platforms
• Deliver brand information to customers and collect feedback
• Collaborate with Customer Service team for repairs and after-sales service
• Process data accurately and maintain client relationships
• Record and produce reports on client inquiries and complaints
• Follow company policies and maintain a professional image
• Drive online, phone, and chat sales
• Utilize digital tools for sales conversion
• Facilitate distance sales and collaborate with boutique team
• Generate reports on sales performance
• Collaborate with support teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Handle and resolve client complaints
• Escalate issues to management and report findings
• Identify customer satisfaction trends and report to Team Manager
• Manage concierge service requests and improve client experience
• Build relationships with clients through clienteling program and CRM tools
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales, luxury goods, contact center, e-commerce, hospitality, or customer service
• Customer service and sales oriented
• Conscientious, patient, flexible, polite, exquisite, keen to learn, team player, and good multi-tasking skills
• Skilled in communication with client-centric mindset
• Native Thai, fluent in English
