About this position

The Head of QHSE is responsible for analyzing issues and development needs related to QHSE, formulating policies, and planning strategies for implementing QHSE activities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze issues and development needs related to QHSE, formulate policies, and plan strategies for implementing QHSE activities.
• Recommend and supervise the performance of quality development in branch laboratories.
• Evaluate, formulate, and develop strategies for implementing and updating accreditations within the IMS, including its areas of development (Quality Assurance, Calibration, and Document Controller).
• Conduct evaluations and initiatives for improving health (physical, mental, and social well-being) and safety (workforce, equipment, and work environment).
• Analyze and monitor the relevance of risk control measures for environmental impacts caused by the company’s business operations.
• Monitor and evaluate the implementation of the company’s service management system audits.
• Prepare and provide periodic improvement reports based on project activities to stakeholders.
• Implement all management systems related to Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Protection (OHS-EP).
• Understand and manage risk processes as per the Risk Register defined within the scope of the work performed.

Requirements

• Possess Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Environmental, Industrial, etc)
• Minimum 5-8 years of professional-level experience in Quality Management.
• Certifications in QHSE standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, NEBOSH, or equivalent) are preferred.
• Proven experience in implementing and maintaining integrated QHSE management systems.
• Strong knowledge of national and international QHSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Good team player, strong communication skills and proficient in English.
