About this position

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

• Achieve 100% of the annual revenue target
• Prepare MCB budget, Quotation & tender
• Proactive maintain existing & grab the new client
• A regular visiting potential client
• Collaborate with the operation & finance team to maintain a financial budget

Requirements

• Possess minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position, preferably in the marine/shipping industry or related industries.
• Strong knowledge and working experience with Ms. Excel & PowerPoint.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, team player, and creative personality.
• Good interpersonal skills, communication, self-discipline, Public Relations, and time management.
• Good knowledge and experience in handling Costumers.
• Work location: Batam, Indonesia.
