Sales Manager (Telesales)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a team of telesales agents and lead screening agents to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Develop and implement telesales strategies to maximize revenue and sales conversions.
• Monitor team performance, providing coaching, feedback, and support to ensure sales goals are met or exceeded.
• Analyze related data like ads performance, sales scripts, sales operation process and prepare regular reports for senior management, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align telesales efforts with promotional activities and campaigns.
• Handle escalated customer issues and ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
• Maintain and update telesales scripts and ensure all team members adhere to them.
Requirements
• Experience as a Telesales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role or possess 5-7 years of working experience in commercial business, marketing or data analytics.
• Working experience in the e-commerce/marketplace/classifieds industry is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of sales performance metrics and CRM software.
• Ability to analyze data and trends, and make informed decisions to improve sales performance.
• Having an experience in Automotive, Property, Marketplace and finance services is a plus.
