About this position
The Mgr, Digital Product Mgmt position involves working closely with cross-regional business owners and key stakeholders to implement digital products and solutions, ensuring successful delivery of value propositions to target customers and users.
Responsibilities
• Work closely with the cross-regional business owners and key stakeholder on implementation of the digital products/solutions, make sure the value proposition could be successfully deliver to the target customers and users;
• Clarify, define and improve operation process together with business team to facilitate the implementation of digital product, drive the transformation with digital mindset;
• Tracking the regional digital metrics related to digital product operations, and collaborate with business team and product team to optimize the digital product performance, increase NPS and customer implementation;
• Bridge the gap, connect global product teams, competence and regional business stakeholder to drive the implementation and iteration of digital solutions, focus on monetization of digital solutions, collect user feedback for solution optimization and product upgrade.
• Understand and execute the connectivity strategy and contribute the product roadmap with prioritized business needs, also follow on related technologies, trends and innovative solutions being implemented on the across the industry, particularly Asia Pacific focused solutions.
• Lead the preparation, implementation and customization of new global digital solution onto the regional business applications, drive the project with required resources and efforts on localization so as to guarantee the prefecture product & market fit.
• Coordinate ideation sessions with the key stakeholders, e.g. HVAC product managers, aftermarket & service leader and business process (e.g. aftermarket and service) owners to define business use cases, and lead the validation, implementation and iteration of the digital product and solutions concepts, with pilot customers and partners.
• Contribute to the product iteration and definition, work closely with key stakeholders, include business owner, solution architect, development teams and external partners worldwide to translate business requirements into detailed digital requirements, also help to prioritize the product roadmap to maximize value delivery.
• Promote digital mindset and agile development methodology, share and leverage the internal/external best practices, help to accelerate use case scale-up together with key stakeholders to deliver commercial value.
• Hold regular exchange and networking with peers from different BUs and regions to for experience sharing and ‘synchronize’ the value creation and solution development efforts, etc.
• Discover and spot new opportunity for digitalization and solution integrations, work with cross-functional and cross regional team to promote digital transformation on the key business process to improve operation efficiency, service quality and user experiences.
Requirements
• Education background in computer science, software engineering, information technology, engineering or marketing degree preferred.
• 8 year in MNC company and hands-on product management and operation, demonstrating successful development and delivery of product strategies for South Asia Pacific market.
