About this position

Technicians are skilled professionals employed in Carrier. They repair, inspect, replace, and service different systems and equipment. Technicians typically work alongside other skilled workers and should be able to read instructions and communicate effectively. We are looking for a technician to manage, diagnose, and repair chillers. In this position, you will work with planners, service coordinators, and functional teams. You must be able to follow safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting and give recommendations for repairs chiller under service agreement/warranty
• Increase productivities and utilization
• Repair chiller and lead SR break fix or SR upgrade packages back to sales team.
• Liaise with customer technicians on maintenance/repair schedule.
• Work closely with subcontractors to perform repair works
• Ensure safety procedures and conduct during service or repairs.
• Support sales team to complete sales target and margin

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in HVAC/M&E industry
• Graduate from diploma of mechanical or electrical or higher
• Hold a driving car license
