Digital Product Manager
About this position
Responsibilities
As a Digital Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
• Collaborate with global project teams in working on multiple IoT projects over MS Azure and AWS cloud.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (business owners, architects, developers, and partners) to translate business needs into detailed digital requirements and prioritize the product roadmap for maximum value.
• Implement digital products/solutions, ensuring value delivery to target customers and users.
• Organize ideation sessions to define business use cases and lead product validation, implementation, and iteration with pilot customers.
• Lead the customization and localization of global digital solutions for regional business applications, ensuring product-market fit.
• Define and improve operational processes with business teams to facilitate product implementation, driving digital transformation and fostering a digital mindset.
• Track and analyze regional digital metrics, working with business and product teams to optimize product performance and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Bridge global product teams and regional stakeholders to drive digital solution implementation, gather user feedback, and optimize products for continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the product roadmap by staying updated on industry trends, focusing on solutions for the Asia Pacific region.
• Promote digital transformation, agile methodologies, and the scaling of use cases to deliver commercial value across regions and business units.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to share experiences, synchronize value creation efforts, and identify new opportunities for digital solutions to improve operations and user experience.
Requirements
As a minimum you must have:
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• 8+ years of product management experience in an MNC, with a focus on the South Asia Pacific market.
• Solid experience on digital product development, launch and operation.
• Experience in digital solutions for B2B/B2C use cases and a proven track record of successful IoT project delivery.
• Strong commitment to driving business value through digital product adoption.
• Familiarity with digital technologies, UX principles, and project delivery processes.
• Project experience in Agile/Scrum/Lean methodologies and vendor management.
• Familiarity with cloud-related technologies, MS azure and/or AWS is a plus.
• Excellent communication and change management skills across cross-cultural stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and risk management abilities.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
