Service Engineer
About this position
Responsibilities
• Provide field support within Thailand and SEA for both Academic and Industry customers
• Handle on-site installation, user training, commissioning
• Monitor and improve non-Financial KPI for Thailand Region ( MTTR, FTFR, CCR, Predictive Service and NPS )
• Perform maintenance, calibration & repair service.
• Correspond with customers on technical matters
• Increase service revenue by capturing service contracts and selling after sales upgrades for EM LM & XRM.
• Follow-up on customer service feedback.
• Work closely with Sales, Service and Process Application Sales Support (PASS) team
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electronic/Mechanic/industrial or any related fields
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as service engineer in robotics or any related product.
• Proficiency spoken and written in English
• A strong team-focused, able to work in a team environment with collaborative mindset
• Have Own car and driving license.
• Flexible to work on customer site as service engineer field
