About this position
Responsibilities
• Work with research and commercial brand to develop short and long term testing programs for experimental and commercial products and hybrids.
• Monitor development throughout the season, collect biological information and data from field and strip plots.
• Develop and implements market plans that include market strategy, sales coordination, pricing proposal and distribution.
• Stay current with literature and analytical advancements and work with limited supervision on daily tasks.
• Identify product growth and new product opportunities modifying plans to meet opportunities.
• Manage technical service partners to identify customer needs and translate these into new product development opportunities.
• Analyze and interprets market data to take advantage of opportunities and minimize adverse trends.
• Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Master's degree
• Understanding of the application of analytical instrumentation principles, concepts, practices and standards
• Prior experience in Product Management
