About this position
The Customer Service position at Cargill Siam Limited is a 1-year contract role focused on managing various customer service functions, including order management and coordination with internal and external teams.
Responsibilities
• Manage order management process i.e. create sales order, stock transport order etc.
• Weight scale for inbound and outbound.
• Posted goods issue (PGI).
• Call off base mix process (N/A), only at LPN Plant.
• Other tasks that relate with customer service job function.
• Working, coordinate and cross functional communication with various teams and with internal & external customer (N/A).
• Working for all administrative for Customer Service in each location i.e. document filling etc.
• Prepare and issue the reports.
• Other as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related fields.
• Can work under pressure, do attitude, problem solving skill, service-oriented mindset, strong communication and work with various departments.
• Computer literacy with SAP and excel experience will be a plus.
• At least 1-2 years’ experience of customer service will be a plus.
• Fair command in English.
• Can work in Chachoengsao factory.
• Working hours: Mon - Sat, 08:00 am. - 05:00 pm.
• Eligible for overtime.
