About this position

The Farm Specialist I will assist in establishing good relationships with farmers and related stakeholders, overseeing operations and communications to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement work plans to record all transactional activities accurately.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with the new and existing key stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient activities.
• Facilitate communications with internal and external stakeholders to identify and report on identified issues as needed.
• Ensure farm activities comply with company policies and local government regulations.
• Perform audits and develop corrective action plans for the defined businesses or areas.
• Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Other minimum qualifications may apply.
• Knowledge of agronomy and farm management
