FFB Origination Officer
About this position
Responsibilities
• Plan daily activities, including customer visits and quantitative and qualitative objectives to achieve.
• Follow market and competition evolution, passing information to senior staff.
• Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Coordinate admin origination work (setup, verification).
• Ensure complete vendor Payment documents (Invoice, Tax Invoice, Recap).
• Coordinate point capture and overlay request to GIS and verify planting year with ASD/ GIS team for new vendors or land additions.
• Responsible for the smooth running of payment and general administration.
• Communication and coordination with the Mills team, independent farmers, unloading personnel in the mill.
• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in any field (preferably Bachelor of Agricultural or Business Administration).
• Have working experience in commercial function is an advantage.
• Has good communication skills, english proficiency is not mandated but preferred.
• Computer literate.
• Good working attitude, positive approach.
• Self-starter and proactive personality.
• Flexible and adaptive to changing conditions in the business/markets/industry.
• Experience in organization is an advantage.
