About this position

The position involves participating in the analysis, design, development, and maintenance of Java projects, ensuring high-quality code and system performance.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the requirements analysis, design, development, and maintenance of Java projects.
• Write high-quality code, ensuring high performance and maintainability.
• Involve in system architecture design and optimize system performance.
• Conduct unit testing and functional testing to ensure code quality.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during the development process to enhance system stability and reliability.
• Write and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate closely with frontend engineers, product managers, testers, and other team members to ensure timely project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields.
• 3+ years of Java development experience with solid understanding of Java fundamentals and object-oriented programming.
• Proficient in Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, MyBatis, and other mainstream frameworks.
• Skilled in SQL and experienced with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle.
• Familiar with NoSQL databases like Redis, MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of design patterns, with good coding standards and documentation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Good teamwork and communication skills, with a strong ability to learn.
