About this position
Responsibilities
• Gathering insights of the current processes under fixed Broadband operations and B2B (Corporate) team to identified issues or action for improvements and recommended solutions or new processes.
• Evaluating current processes in Fixed Broadband & B2B operations and identifying potential areas for automation transition and improvements.
• Able to handle calls of VIP and corporate customers and provide solutions and connect with Technical Support Team.
• Recommended automation requirements to improve Fixed broadband and B2B operation.
• Working in Shift and 24x7 environments.
• 24x7 Corporate customer Service Monitoring and Ticketing and escalation to next level and follow up of the issue till closure of incident.
• Collaborating with managers and executives to ensure changes are effective.
Requirements
• Graduate In Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Sciences, telecommunication or related fields.
• Familiar with Fixed Broadband Technology, Fixed Network Engineering or Operations.
• Strong awareness with Machine Learning Software and Data Analytics tools such as python, pytorch, Numby, SQL Language, Tableau, PowerBI, MS Office etc.
• Work in Shift and 24x7 Working environments.
• People skills.
• Team working.
• Good communication in Thai/English.
