MIS and Data Analysis (Collection)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Prepare and analyze various reports related to collections.
• Manage the allocation of collections.
• Create performance and debt collection reports.
• Calculate and manage incentives and commissions.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Over 2 years of experience in MIS or report preparation.
• Experience in banking and financial institutions (knowledge of collections is a plus).
• Knowledge of data collection and analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and VBA) and data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of SQL and Python (preferred).
• Ability to use RPA Power Automate (Desktop, On-Cloud), Power BI, and Power Apps (preferred).
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Creative thinking and continuous self-improvement.
• Strong presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under changing conditions.
• Ability to work under pressure.
