Responsibilities
• Develop and Implement Collection Strategy for Unsecured Charge-off accounts
• Define and refine effective collection strategies to improve collection performance and meet the financial targets of the organization.
• Analyze data to evaluate and improve debt collection processes, enhancing planning and strategy efficiency.
• Oversee and lead the collection strategy team, ensuring alignment with set goals and objectives.
• Provide guidance and support to develop team skills, fostering a productive and efficient team culture.
• Plan and manage projects to ensure they meet established budgets and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track and adjust project plans as necessary, resolving any issues to ensure project success.
• Prepare reports and present outcomes related to collection strategies and project results to Management.
• Analyze performance metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for future process improvements.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of direct experience in Collection Strategy or unsecured debt collection management.
• Proven experience in Project Management, with strong planning and project tracking skills.
• Excellent strategic analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively manage a team, motivating team members to achieve objectives.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
