About this position

The TFRS 9 Financial Reporting Manager is responsible for the timely and accurate production on TFRS 9 system, working closely with various teams to ensure compliance with company governance framework and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Perform Business Requirement Document by working on requirement with accounting staff.
• Analysist and Design business requirement to prevent financial impact and include control process.
• Design UAT test Case to align with Functional, Business scenario and Control process.
• Training QA & Tester to perform UAT testing on accounting ‘s scenario.
• Review UAT result and perform UAT signoff.
• Preparation system knowledge which related to accounting process to accounting staff.
• Initiative with accounting staff to create improvement process by system.
• Coordinator related party Finance, Risk, Model, IT, Vendor to validate IFRS9 system to align with IFRS9 Accounting Policy.
• Validate data from IFRS9 system before sent to BOT reporting system.
• Consolidate Issues and work for corrective action.
• Work with key TFRS 9 members to develop understanding of the TFRS 9 requirements throughout the business areas and assist on new enhancement or new delivery processes where appropriate.
• Work with vendor team for testing, implementation, and other activities.
• Work collaboratively with Risk, Data and IT team members to ensure monthly process run on schedule.
• Ensure reporting and data has the appropriate controls and governance in place.
• Undertake monthly reporting to the Group and provide data to disclose on financial statements.
• Produce ad hoc reports and insight analysis on financial data where needed.
• Support team members with delivering the key objectives and milestones for Finance and Risk team.

Requirements

• degree in accounting or above qualification.
• 5-7 years relevant experience of system implementation of financial or risk management solutions, delivering banking project or other relevant experiences in IT solutions of banking or financial industry.
• Good understanding of TFRS 9. Some TFRS 9 experience would be beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with ability to coordinate between technical and business teams.
• Good written communication and able to interact with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels both in Thai English.
