About this position
Responsibilities
• Lead efforts to enhance Social Impact/ Corporate Sustainability management / Sustainability-related initiatives for local community (ESG, CSV) such as Engagement & Awareness program, Community development, Career development, Education development, Climate action & resource efficiency, Health & well-being etc.
• Project-based role focusing end-to-end project management (initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, evaluating, and reporting) of various initiatives under Sustainability Department
• Maintain and manage project timelines, tasks, resources, and expectations among stakeholders.
• Ensure that all project stakeholders are doing their part timely and accurately
• Prepare annual sustainability reports and disclosures in accordance with relevant reporting standards.
• Coordinate with related functions to prepare supporting data for sustainability questionnaires such as SET ESG Ratings, S&P Global CSA etc.
• Familiar with the procedures for obtaining and calculating Carbon Footprint of Organization (CFO) data.
• Familiar with or eager to learn about industrial or manufacturing sectors for sustainability analysis.
• Support Sustainability team with assigned works
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks or duties
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in sustainability, environmental science, social science, business administration or a related field.
• Experience in Project management.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in CSV (Creating Shared Value) project management, ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) project management, Sustainability or a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing and delivering complex social impact/sustainability-related projects on time and within budget.
• Experience in managing expectations, communicating with stakeholders and handling various business process-related projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and recommend effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Good team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Passion for sustainability and a genuine commitment to making a positive impact.
• Prefer experiences on leading project for social enterprise.
