About this position

The Assistant HR Manager will play a critical role in overseeing Recruitment, Welfare & Benefits. The Assistant HR Manager will be responsible for leading recruitment initiatives to meet the company’s staffing needs, Manage Welfare & Benefits packages.

Responsibilities

Recruitment:
• Talent Acquisition Strategy: Lead the recruitment strategy to ensuring alignment with company goals. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during recruitment and onboarding. Adopting effective and innovative methods of recruitment in order to deliver headcount targets. Prepare recruitment reports in order to monitor and assess effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
• End-to-End Recruitment Process: Oversee the entire recruitment cycle from job posting, interviewing, offering and selection to onboarding of staff ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new hires.
• Diversity & Inclusion: Develop recruitment strategies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workforce.
• Onboarding & Induction: Ensure a smooth onboarding process to integrate new employees effectively and help them settle into their roles.
• Data Management: Maintain candidate databases and generate reports on hiring metrics.

Welfare & Benefits:
• Benefits Management: Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, employee well-being plans and other perks.
• Manage Welfare & Benefit Programs: Develop, implement and regularly review compensation structures that align with the company’s goals and market trends.
• Compliance: Ensure all compensation and benefits policies are compliant with local labor laws and regulations.
• Budget Management: Work with finance to manage the welfare & benefit budgets and forecast future needs.

Other Assignment: Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation.

Requirements

• Recruitment: Expertise in recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies and talent acquisition processes. Conduct workforce planning to forecast manpower needs, capabilities, and budgeting including designing organization charts and creating job descriptions.
• Welfare & Benefits: Strong knowledge of welfare & benefit strategies and benefits management.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze HR data, trends and metrics to make informed decisions regarding recruitment, welfare & benefit strategies.
• Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work effectively across different levels of the organization.
• Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop HR staff.
