Recruiter (Chinese Speaking - WHA4 Plant)
About this position
The Recruiter (Chinese Speaking - WHA4 Plant) is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment processes, supporting various HR activities, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws while contributing to employee retention and development.
Responsibilities
• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Conducting new hires and exit interview for employee resignations.
• Supporting internal & external activities related to recruitment to achieve KPI target.
• Meeting with management for recruitment contributions.
• Controlling probation evaluation for employees.
• Working closely with Departments, providing local labour laws knowledge and company regulations for supporting employee disciplinary.
• Supporting employee appraisal and promotion quarterly and annually.
• Assisting expat employees for HR issues and translation.
• Contributing employee retention and turnover rate, and talent succession plan.
• Submitting reports to managements related to HR matters.
• Supporting HR Department for company activities.
• Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree.
• Direct experience in HR Recruitment end-to-end process in large manufacturing company.
• Good communication and negotiation skill.
• Fast learner, enthusiastic and able to work under pressure.
• Good command of Mandarin is a must.
