About this position

The Purchasing Officer (Chinese Speaking) is responsible for managing procurement activities, interacting with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods while maintaining accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review production plan, inventory update, PR in the system.
• Create MRP in excel.
• Issue PO and send them to the suppliers.
• Interact with the suppliers on a day-to-day basis.
• Review deliveries against the orders. Update delivery plan with draft of BL, Invoice, PL to logistics and W/H.
• Track the status of any orders.
• Deal with non-supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods.
• Created Payment document and report to Finance dept. and included sent original invoices to Finance dept.
• Produce and maintain all purchase document.
• Update jobs status and follow up jobs delay.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, or related fields.
• Knowledge and working experience in procurement and purchasing. Experience in manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Good command of English or Chinese.
• Communication and negotiation skill, and Sense of urgency is required.
• Experience is SAP system will be an advantage.
