In addition, the Company has 600 MWh of battery energy storage projects in operation and a total battery energy storage project development pipeline of around 56 GWh, including approximately 4.3 GWh under construction or in backlog, and an additional 51.6 GWh at advanced and early-stage development.

About this position

The Equipment - Sr. Engineer is responsible for overseeing equipment maintenance, ensuring safety, and implementing technical improvements within the department.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the equipment preventive maintenance plan and the implementation of the order, consolidation the files about electrical.
• Responsible for daily management of electrical maintenance supplies, fill out the spare parts purchase application demand, consumption statistics and control spare parts.
• Responsible for collecting and analyzing the key parameters of the equipment, and put forward the maintenance and improvement plan for the equipment defects.
• Responsible for workshop equipment electrical maintenance, safety management and system related documents and technical files.
• According to the workshop production process and quality requirements, update and the implementation the equipment maintenance technology SOP.
• Responsible for the safety and technical training to the Department staff.
• Complete other tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical, electrical, mechanical and electrical integration or related.
• 7 years or more large-scale enterprise equipment maintenance experience, above 3 years equipment management experience (large foreign semiconductor, electronics, automotive, photovoltaic enterprises experience is preferred); production automation equipment development, after-sales technical service experience is a plus.
• Familiar with commonly used automatic control circuit design and installation and maintenance.
• Be familiar with mechanical, hydraulic and gas dynamic control principle and maintenance.
• Understanding the frequency control and PLC external and general troubleshooting.
• Hands-on ability, with on-site equipment anomaly analysis capabilities and personnel organization implementation capacity.
• Have a good knowledge of quality system and familiar with ISO9000, QC08000, TS16949 etc.
• Familiar with computer soft hardware knowledge and office related software use.
• Familiar with the performance of various common electrical components, with a strong circuit diagnosis, equipment debugging, the ability of the machine action decomposition.
• Familiar with automatic control, good at PLC programming is preferred, such as Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi, and etc.
• Good command of Chinese or English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, proficiency in Chinese or English.
• A strong sense of responsibility, rigorous work, can adapt to overtime work.
