About this position

The Sales Officer at the Phetchaburi plant will collaborate with the Taiwan sales team to manage customer communications, oversee order processing, and ensure customer satisfaction during factory visits.

Responsibilities

• Co-work with Taiwan sale team to communicate with customer about pulling order and shipment.
• Follow up with team for a trial run and issue/monitor Job order based on customer requirement.
• Work as a customer window for their visit factory/or other requirements.
• Tracking of Payment from customers for any charges other than sales.
• Petty cash and receipt checking with the customer on-site supporting members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business/Marketing/Logistic or related field.
• Experience 1-2 years, Experience in EMS accounts management is preferable.
• Computer skills.
• Good leadership.
• Fluent in Thai and English speaking.
• Chinese Speaking will be an added advantage.
